Return type: MailInBox Returns:        A MailInBox OMX component.

Declaration

  define external MailInBox function MailInBoxCreate
                  server           value stream server optional initial {mail}
                  user              value stream username
                  password      valued stream password

This function creates and returns a MailInBox object with the given configuration information.

MailInBox is an OMX component that is used by most of the POP3 library functions.

Arguments:

• "server" is the machine on which the POP3 server resides.
• "username" is the username for the POP3 server.
• "password" is the password for the POP3 server.

Example:

  set MyBox to MailInBoxCreate
                        server        "mailserver.com"
                        user          "me"
                        password      mypwd
