Argument definitions

server: is the machine on which the FTP server resides

username: is the username you wish to use to log into that server (this has a default value of "anonymous")

password: is the password you're using to log into the FTP server (this has a default value of "anon@anonymous").

account: is an account name.

Purpose

This function establishes a connection with an FTP server, and returns an FTP connection OMX component.

To use this function, you must include the following line near the start of your program:

  include "omftp.xin"

Example:

  ; open a connection and check for errors
  set MyCon to FTPConnectionOpen server "foo"
                                 user   "bar"
                                 password "baz"
