This function fetches one or multiple rows into arrays of variables, taking advantage of the Oracle array interface.

Input arguments:

• cursor -- Cursor data area descriptor.
• nrows -- The number of rows to fetch.

Example:

  set RetCode to OCI_ofen( Cursor, 3 )
