      value integer rowoff
   )

This function executes an SQL statement. Array variables can be used to input multiple rows of data in one call.

Input arguments:

• cursor -- Cursor data area descriptor.
• iters -- The total size of the array of bind variables to be inserted. The size cannot be greater than 32767 items.
• rowoff -- The zero-based offset within the bind variable array at which to begin operation.

Example:

  set RetCode to OCI_oexn( Cursor, 7, 0 )
