I, the undersigned, a licensed user of OmniMark, hereby request a transfer of my old license designated in the authorization key above to a new host. I hereby agree to uninstall authorization keys currently in use on the old host immediately upon successful installation of a new authorization key transmitted to me by Stilo Corporation. Any continued use of moved OmniMark licenses on the old platform is strictly prohibited, unlawful and in violation of the undersigned's OmniMark Software License Agreement with Stilo Corporation.
